PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project involved the comprehensive renovation of a dated project-style home, reimagined to resemble a modern, architecturally designed residence. The goal was to upgrade both the functionality and aesthetics of the home, bringing it in line with contemporary standards of design and liveability.
The build began with a complete internal strip-out, followed by a full reconfiguration of the floor plan to improve spatial flow and better suit the lifestyle of the owners. The rear portion of the home was completely opened up to create a large open-plan living, kitchen, and dining zone. This new layout was designed to take full advantage of natural light and improve the connection between the indoor and outdoor areas.
Large windows and sliding glass doors were installed along the rear façade, allowing for uninterrupted views and access to the outdoor entertaining area. The backyard was also completely overhauled, including a full renovation of the existing swimming pool and the addition of new hard and soft landscaping, creating a cohesive and functional outdoor living space.
The front façade of the home was updated to complement the modernised interior, including new materials and finishes, refreshed landscaping, and a redesigned driveway to enhance street appeal and improve access.
Throughout the build, attention was given to detail, finish quality, and material selection to elevate the home’s overall appearance. The end result is a significant transformation. A once generic project home now reads as a thoughtfully crafted, architecturally inspired residence that meets the needs of modern family living.
