  • Yes. We’re happy to refer you to one of our trusted architects or designers with no obligation in order to help with your design. We would love to help you with the building of your project once all design documentation has been prepared.

  • Architects hold a higher qualification and formal registration. They tend to take on more complex design challenges and have a detailed understanding of planning controls and approval strategies. Building designers also deliver great results and generally offer more cost-effective packages for smaller straightforward projects.

  • Depending on the type of project, packages generally include site measure, concept plans, approval plans, final construction drawings, approvals and coordination with other consultants like surveyors, engineers and certifiers.

  • Timeframes vary, but most full design packages take 12-24 months depending on the size and complexity of the project, revisions to the design and council approvals.

  • Absolutely. We’ve worked on steep blocks, BAL zones and tight access sites.
