Project costs vary depending on size, scope, and level of finish. If you have detailed plans and documentation, we can provide you with a fixed quote. If not, our planning and budgeting service offers clear cost estimates before you commit to the full design process. Costs are assessed at key stages, including concept design, pre–Development Application (DA) stage, and pre Construction Certificate application stage.

Timeframes vary depending on the type of project, most take between 6 to 14 months, depending on whether it's a smaller extension or a larger renovation or new build. During the planning phase, we develop a detailed timeline using Microsoft Project, outlining key milestones to ensure your project stays on track.

No. If you already have an architect we’ll collaborate with them to establish project goals. If you’re starting from scratch, we can introduce you to trusted architects and interior designers and help manage the process from early concept through to completion.
